Muscat Mizzi Advocates to Attend AIJA Litigation Conference in Sofia

Muscat Mizzi Advocates will be represented by Dr Joseph Mizzi, Partner, and Adv. Ylenia Busuttil, Associate, at the AIJA Litigation Conference, taking place in Sofia, Bulgaria, from the 1st to the 3rd October 2026.

The conference will bring together litigation practitioners from a wide range of jurisdictions to exchange perspectives on current issues affecting dispute resolution and the conduct of complex commercial litigation.

The programme will explore a number of practical issues arising throughout the lifecycle of commercial disputes, including litigation strategy, evidentiary considerations, the assessment of damages and the role of courts in resolving contractual disputes.
